Browsing and security
We process the technical data needed to deliver pages, maintain sessions, prevent abuse and protect the website. The institutional website uses Shopify; dedicated forms are hosted by Aruba at help.netcoatings.com. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to limit automated submissions. The service analyses technical signals such as IP address and browser and connection characteristics. Cloudflare acts in the roles described in its notice when providing the service and improving bot detection. Security processing is based on the controller’s legitimate interest in protecting services and users.
Contact requests and B2B access
We use the data and attachments you provide to respond, assess your request and take precontractual steps at your request. For non-contractual enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to the communication received. Required fields allow us to handle the request. Submitting the B2B form does not automatically activate an account. Forms forward data to company mailboxes; attachments are not published in an openly accessible archive. Requests do not automatically subscribe you to promotional communications.
Job applications
We use the data and CV you choose to send to assess your application and contact you. Do not include irrelevant information or special-category data unnecessary for the application. Processing is based on precontractual steps requested by the individual, subject to the specific conditions applicable to any special categories of data.
Documents and linked portals
The document library requires restricted access. Academy and rental services provide specific information within their respective processes: read it before submitting a request. This notice does not replace the contractual terms and privacy notices of individual services.
Retention and recipients
We retain data for the time necessary to handle the request, application or relationship and to comply with legal obligations or protect rights. Communications may remain in company mailboxes; closing a request on the website does not automatically delete emails. Authorised personnel and providers supporting hosting, the platform, security and email can access data according to their roles. Data are not publicly disclosed. Any transfers outside the European Economic Area must use GDPR safeguards under the agreements applicable to the services used.
